The Tune Trapper requires NO POWER, NO GROUND, NO AMPLIFICATION, and WORKS - GUARANTEED! The Tune Trapper Antenna is a full 1/2 wave helical dipole antenna and each one is Hand Made in the USA with the highest quality components. Cable is 95% copper braid shielded to eliminate EMI noise. All connections are soldered. The antenna is sealed in a unique flexible pvc housing that is both dirt and water resistant and will last a lifetime. Each antenna is Hand Tuned using special instruments to the FM frequency Band 87.5-108 MHz and individually tested to ensure crystal clear reception. The Tune Trapper Hidden Stereo FM Antenna is 24 inches long, 1/2 " in diameter, and comes with six feet of 75 ohm shielded coax cable terminated with a 1/8" (3mm) plug for insertion into the FM antenna jack on the rear of your Bose system. For older Bose units that require a standard coax F connector, just unscrew the 3mm adapter to reveal a standard F connector. Also included is a screw mount clip for the antenna. Your receiver has all the preamp it needs built in - it's just looking for a properly tuned quality antenna to make it rock!
